Construction Management Health & Safety Responsibilities (1 Day)

Under the Safety Health & Welfare Act 2005 and the Construction Regulations 2006 the Client, Designers, Site Management and Supervisors each bear the responsibility in regards to safety of a constructed building. This one day course has been designed to give a good overview of those responsibilities.

The course content covers such topics as the responsibilities under the Safety Act 2005 and the ‘Construction Regulations 2006’ hazard identification and risk assessment, working safely on site, accident and incident investigation and finally Site Management responsibilities

The objective is to enable Site Management to understand their ‘Duties’ in regards to safety on a construction site in order to fulfill and hopefully go beyond the requirements of the Safety Act.
